Entertainment space is Google's one-stop home for movies, shows, videos, games, and books on OEM tablets. I led core parts ensuring consistency and design excellence through the creation and meticulous maintenance of the design system. I helped plan and execute quarterly project objectives, drove Accessibility initiatives, and fostered deep-seated cross-functional team relationships to get to launch.

Users connect their entertainment apps via app installation, combining all of their movies, shows, games, audiobooks, and music into one accessible tablet hub.
Entertainment Space was a preloaded launcher on OEM tablets that ran on Android. Swipping left on the home screen would pull up the Entertainment Space experience.
The product was an initiative by the Play Movies & TV team to take advantage of tablet's predisposition for entertainment.
At this point, It wasn't Google's intention to get back into tablets, and it wasn't the goal to start marketing that they were.
